What It Is

Culture By Design is a guided, collaborative program that helps leadership teams define their company’s core identity and weave it into every stage of the employee experience. By aligning values with the way you hire, onboard, review, and offboard, we turn culture from a concept into a system you can lead with confidence.

How It Works

Our process unfolds in five phases, combining facilitated workshops, employee feedback, and ready-to-use HR tools.

Phase 1: Foundation – Core Values & Purpose

We start by taking the pulse of your team through an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey. Then, we guide your leadership team through a half-day workshop to uncover and define your Core Values and Purpose—the “why” that drives your business.

Phase 2: Alignment – Hiring

Next, we align your hiring process with your values. Together, we review what’s working, what’s not, and define what great looks like. We’ll build an interview question bank and cultural candidate scorecard that will ensure every new hire is the right hire.

Phase 3: Engagement – Onboarding

We reimagine your onboarding to make sure every new hire feels welcome, informed, and connected from day one. Through discovery and design sessions, we’ll create an onboarding experience designed to reflect your culture and set employees up for success.

Phase 4: Sustainability – Reviews, 1:1s & Offboarding

We’ll create systems that reinforce your culture, empower your team, and keep values at the center of every stage of the employee journey. From regular 1-on-1s that build connection and accountability to performance reviews that celebrate growth, we design frameworks that support continuous development.

Phase 5: Integration – Recap & Implementation

Finally, we bring everything together.

In this closing session, we review every deliverable, map out your rollout plan, and provide recommendations for change management and communication.
